  • Pricing: Prices are listed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but any price change will not affect orders already placed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

a. We ship to addresses within the regions displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather).

b. Shipping fees, if any, are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

c. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders delivered to the wrong address due to user error.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds (minus any shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Opened software, downloadable products, and gift cards cannot be returned unless defective.

6. Warranties & Liability

a. We provide products that come with manufacturer warranties (if applicable). Any warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer or as per the instructions included with the product.
